Posture at Work

When sat at your workstation you should aim for:

  • Feet flat on the floor
  • Hips and knees at right angles
  • Elbows at 90 degrees
  • Forearms horizontal and resting on the arm rest
  • You should not have to reach for your keyboard or mouse
  • Eyes level with your monitor

Take regular breaks to prevent prolongued sitting in a poor position.

Stay Hydrated

Staying well hydrated can:

  • Decrease Fatigue


  • reduce the risk of injury


So drink plenty water...About 2L a day
